Overview

Industry & Sector: A U.S.-based, remote-first organization operating in supply chain and logistics technology—delivering end-to-end fulfillment, procurement and operations solutions for enterprise and high-growth customers. We optimise flows across sourcing, inventory and distribution to drive cost efficiency and exceptional customer service. Primary Title: Supply Chain Manager | Location: U.S.A. | Workplace: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day supply chain operations: demand planning, inventory optimization and order fulfillment to meet customer SLAs and reduce stockouts/overstock.
  • Lead the S&OP cadence—develop forecasts, align Sales, Finance and Operations, and translate plans into accurate replenishment and capacity decisions.
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities—negotiate terms, track supplier performance, resolve supply risks and drive cost improvements.
  • Operate and maintain ERP/MRP processes and master data to ensure accurate purchase orders, lead-time management and on-time deliveries.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards (OTIF, inventory turns, days of inventory, forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve); perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Partner with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to optimize inbound/outbound transportation, reduce lead times and control freight costs.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (operative supply chain role) managing demand planning, inventory and procurement in e‑commerce, manufacturing or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP processes (SAP, Oracle NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong analytical capability with SQL and Excel-based modeling and experience building KPI/BI dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).

Preferred

  • APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with WMS/TMS platforms and working in remote-distributed teams supporting U.S. operations.

Benefits & Culture

  • Remote-first, flexible work model with U.S.-friendly hours and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits package and professional development stipend for certifications and training.
  • Data-driven, fast-paced culture that values continuous improvement and ownership.

We are looking for a metrics-driven supply chain professional who can translate operational data into pragmatic actions, partner cross-functionally, and scale processes for growth. If you have a track record of improving forecast accuracy, reducing inventory costs and driving supplier performance—and you thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment—apply to join the team.
