We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional client support and personalized travel planning services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service throughout the travel planning journey. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets while coordinating customized travel experiences that create lasting memories. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requests. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel arrangements are made. Research travel options, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and destination experiences. Present customized travel recommendations and service solutions tailored to client needs. Coordinate reservations and ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed. Maintain detailed client records and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and efficient manner. Build and maintain positive client relationships through ongoing communication and support. Qualifications: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Previous customer service experience preferred; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, call centers, or service industries are welcome. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Experience in sales, client relations, hospitality, events, or travel services.
