Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Device Sales Representative based in Florida. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling NexGen Therapeutics' medical technologies to healthcare providers within an assigned territory, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves scheduling and attending client visits, showcasing product solutions, offering in-depth knowledge on medical devices, and ensuring consistent customer support to improve the adoption and usage of our products.

Qualifications

  • Experience: This is an entry-level position. While prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is a plus, we highly value energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Language & Culture: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively connect with Florida’s diverse healthcare communities. Experience working with or navigating multicultural environments is a strong plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clinical staff and physicians.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a remote/field-based environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent foundational experience will be considered.
  • Specialized Knowledge (Plus): A background or interest in medical devices, gastroenterology, hepatology, or endocrinology is an asset but not required—we will provide the training you need.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Florida territory.
