What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Data Entry Clerk in our HCM Payroll Operations team, your primary responsibilities will include

  • Performing data entry tasks, including new hires, bank information, and employee verifications, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting with testing for payroll HCM system patches, upgrades, and modifications to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all department matters, adhering to arenaflex's Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Executing other duties as assigned, adapting to operational needs and demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, rules, and the Code of Conduct, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence and integrity. What Is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you will need to possess
  • A High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 months of data entry experience and basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
  • The ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. and comply with the physical demands of the job.
  • A clean background check and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have experience with HCM systems, AS/400, and Kronos, you will have a significant advantage in this role. Additionally, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and a willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands will make you an ideal candidate.
