Sales Development Representative - London

AppZen is the leader in autonomous spend-to-pay software, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage with businesses. The role involves researching finance decision-makers, booking meetings, and leveraging AI solutions to address business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, researching, and engaging with businesses and typically their finance decision-makers
• Understanding prospect business challenges and identifying alignment in how AppZen's AI solutions can be of benefit
• Booking meetings, which will be jointly held with Account Executives to dive deeper into AppZen, enabling further qualification to build pipeline
• Cold calling, mass and personalised emails, voice notes, videos, and LinkedIn outreach

Skills

• Coachable, highly motivated and competitive self-starter
• 1-2 years of previous experience in sales (SaaS, recruitment, client facing)
• Track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Proficiency with cold calling, LinkedIn, personalised emails, and other sales development techniques
• Ability to work in a demanding, time-sensitive, fast-paced and evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook to rejection
• Passionate about AI, technology, finance, and driving results
