Project Coordinator
9Wood is a leading North American manufacturer of custom wood ceilings, helping architects, designers, and contractors realize their distinctive wood ceiling ideas. The Project Coordinator will support both architects and subcontractors, working across various departments to ensure clear communication and efficient project management.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process project correspondence from departments and customers
- Filter and prioritize all incoming calls
- Negotiate turnaround times with customers and internal departments
- Update and maintain accurate records of projects
- Review progress of projects and communicate significant changes to the Project Manager
- Coordinate the Project Managers work
Skills
- Must be able to work on site in Springfield with remote flexibility
- Must be detail-oriented
- Thrive when required to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
