Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team, offering a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and key documentation
- Support creative and marketing workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and audits
- Assist with copywriting and ideation for marketing materials and email campaigns
- Help manage and maintain social media accounts
- Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time
- Stay on top of industry trends to inform social media and event strategies
- Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team
Skills
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience
- You're a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious
- You're interested in building a career in project management, marketing, social media, creative production, or communications
- You're excited about exploring how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency
- Bonus points if you've worked cross-functionally with multiple teams
