Automation Associate Consultant

Advania UK is a tech company focused on empowering people through technology and is seeking an Automation Associate Consultant. The role involves driving the growth of Automation capabilities and assisting clients in their digital transformation journeys using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Delivering fantastic work for clients across both solution build and advisory engagements
• Supporting Advania in achieving their Microsoft accreditation objectives via certifications
• Supporting digital transformation in their wider objectives within Consulting

Skills

• Be Microsoft Certified in Power Platform
• Ideally have previous Microsoft Partner experience
• Possess expert SME knowledge in one or more area of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio
• Have experience in defining governance and best practices for the Power Platform
• Have experience in leading workshops, consulting directly with clients and gathering requirements
• Have a track record working with the wider Microsoft product stack (particularly SharePoint Online & Dynamics Products)
• Possess experience of broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities across Azure
• Have experience and confidence in leading projects in a services or consulting organisation / practice
• Have experience supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying additional opportunities within current clients
