The role involves consulting with prospective clients about insurance coverage options and managing a pipeline of clients while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
- Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
- Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
- Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
- Participate in training and skill development
Skills
- Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain before starting
- Ability to pass a background check with no felonies
- Strong communication skills
- Self-discipline and time management
- Ability to follow a structured process
