[Remote] Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities
- Build strong and consistent client base and sales strategies to provide exceptional service
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field required
- Property & Casualty License (must have current)
- Life & Health License (must be willing to obtain)
- Remote Bilingual Fluent Spanish (required)
- State Farm experience (required)
