Data & Reporting Analyst

Powerforce is a leading company in field marketing, and they are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support their partnership with PepsiCo. The role involves managing data accuracy, generating impactful reports, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of field surveys and maintain flawless customer master data (outlets, products, and territories)
• Deliver high-impact reports (MOR, QBR) on time and in full to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with the Data & Insight Manager to build new reporting suites and streamline data processes

Skills

• The ability to interpret data from various sources and turn it into ‘selling stories' that influence stakeholders
• A continuous improvement mindset with a deep understanding managing data and reporting using key tools
• Excellent Excel and experience of visualisation tools i.e. Power BI, Tableau
• A proven ability to build relationships across functions and support the wider team during critical phases
