Field Solutions Analyst (Problem Report)

Red Dot Buildings is a company that specializes in metal building systems, and they are seeking a Field Solutions Analyst to identify, analyze, and resolve field-reported issues. This role involves tracking problem reports, communicating with various departments, and finding efficient solutions to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Kinetic (ERP)
• Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites
• Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues
• Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Undergraduate education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Previous experience with commercial metal buildings is recommended
• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) is preferred
• Bluebeam is preferred
