We are seeking a highly capable Corporate Communications Technology & AI Specialist (Contractor) to support the transformation and day-to-day operations of our corporate digital ecosystem. This role will work at the intersection of corporate website operations, communications technologies, AI enablement, and content governance, supporting a large, complex global organization. The contractor will partner with the Corporate Communications Technology and AI team to improve how content, assets, and platforms are managed, audited, and evolved—helping modernize workflows, enable AI-driven efficiencies, and ensure strong governance across tools and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the corporate website ecosystem, coordinating across the CMS platform, tools, integrations, and governance frameworks
  • Assist with website transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements, workflow optimization, and rollout of new capabilities
  • Document and operationalize standards for content structure, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and digital asset usage across the website presence
  • Plan and execute content and digital asset audits to identify duplication, gaps, outdated materials, and opportunities for consolidation or optimization
  • Analyze content inventories and produce clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and adoption of communications tools across Corporate Communications teams
  • Assist in assessments of the existing communications technology landscape to identify opportunities to streamline, retire, or better integrate platforms
  • Support responsible AI enablement in Corporate Communications by preparing pilot use cases (e.g., content audits, metadata enrichment, summarization) and contributing to governance-aligned guidance and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Corporate Communications, digital platforms, and technology
  • Strong understanding of corporate websites, CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content governance models
  • Experience supporting content inventories, audits, or large-scale content transformations
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content, digital operations, or communications workflows
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear guidance
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across global, cross-functional teams
