We are looking to add an experienced Marketing Product Manager to our growing team. Position and Scope: The Senior Marketing Product Manager will pay an essential role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, adoption, and overall business growth. This position works closely with the Director of Marketing Product Management, Head of CRM & Web, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Areas of focus may shift to support new initiatives, projects, and cross-departmental priorities as business needs evolve. As a Marketing Product Manager, your daily responsibilities will include: Coordination of marketing initiatives with detailed requirements, timelines, task assignments, and communication to ensure smooth execution. Facilitate team communication by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing key takeaways and next steps, and ensuring follow-up tasks are completed on time. Create, assign, and track projects and tasks within the marketing project management tool (Asana). Maintain and update Asana to ensure completed projects are properly archived and easily accessible for future reference and reporting. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the video, digital and print marketing asset management system. Support process improvements to streamline marketing workflows across projects and make recommendations to enhance efficiencies. Coordinate with cross-functional departments—such as IT, Sales, Clinical, Training, and Supply Chain—in the gathering of requirements to ensure project deliverables meet expectations. Preparation and management of high-quality project documentation such as timelines, project plans, status reports, content and data matrices for visibility, alignment, and collaboration across teams. Drive alignment across departments by promoting collaboration and clear communication. Perform other duties, as assigned As a Marketing Product Manager, your background should include: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or related support role. Project management experience with digital, print, collateral, video and ecommerce preferred. Amazon Seller Central and/or Brand Central experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and digital record management. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to take instruction, apply feedback, and follow through with accuracy and accountability. Manage multiple priorities independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with enterprise level project management or collaboration tools Working knowledge of digital marketing and general business processes preferred. Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Large-scale advertising/marketing agency experience a plus.
