Job Title: Remote Community Outreach Coordinator Job Type: Independent Contractor | Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role: A relationship-focused Community Outreach Coordinator is needed to help expand a growing Japanese skincare and wellness brand’s esthetician network across the United States. This role focuses on outreach, community-building, and relationship management with estheticians and spa professionals. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and comfortable starting conversations and building genuine professional relationships. The company is building a long-term esthetician community centered around education, wellness, and authentic brand partnerships rather than traditional influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Relationship Building Conduct outreach to curated esthetician and spa professional lead lists Build relationships through email and occasional phone communication Engage with beauty professionals in a natural and relationship-focused manner Maintain follow-ups and ongoing communication with prospects Help recruit estheticians into the brand’s growing community network Community Engagement Support Support educational webinars and community initiatives Assist with relationship nurturing and long-term engagement efforts Coordinate with the Marketing Director on outreach strategies and community programs Administrative & Tracking Support Maintain organized records of outreach activities and conversations Track engagement progress and community growth efforts Assist with managing contact lists and outreach organization Qualifications & Ideal Traits: Must-Have Strong communication and relationship-building skills Calm, friendly, and professional communication style Comfortable with outreach and nurturing conversations Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent English communication skills Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing environment Preferred Experience in outreach, community management, customer relations, or partnerships Background in skincare, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries Familiarity with social media and online community engagement Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Working Environment: Fully remote role Collaborative global team environment Relationship-driven and community-focused work culture Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand initiative Evolving responsibilities as the esthetician network scales over time Apply To This Job
