Associate Account Manager

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-13

For over 30 years, Remsoft has been a global leader in intelligent planning. Combining optimization, analytics, geospatial intelligence, and AI, we deliver supply chain and sustainability solutions for the forestry sector and asset-intensive industries. Our technology helps organizations optimize decisions, increase efficiency, and drive sustainable growth in a changing world. We're growing our sales team and looking for a personable, customer-focused Associate Account Manager to join us. This is an entry-level account management role — ideal for someone early in their career who is genuine, curious, and genuinely cares about client outcomes. You'll own and grow relationships with a portfolio of SMB clients across the forestry and natural resource management space, and be part of our broader account management and sales team.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of SMB existing clients, achieving revenue targets including ARR and service revenue. Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients — understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and execute account strategies that drive client value and support long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion — upselling, cross-selling, and renewing client agreements. Collaborate with the Account Executive and SDR to ensure smooth lead handovers and visibility into new business opportunities. Work cross-functionally with Development, Product, and Customer Success to ensure great client outcomes. Use Salesforce to manage client interactions, track activities, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, conferences, and workshops. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges to confidently position Remsoft's solutions. Travel to client meetings and industry events across Canada and the USA as needed. Who You Are You're outgoing, honest, and humble — someone who leads with curiosity and genuinely cares about helping clients succeed. You're organized, follow through on your commitments, and communicate clearly in English. Specifically, you bring: Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role Demonstrated ability to own client relationships and manage a book of business independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach Comfort managing multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritizing effectively Strong English language skills — written and verbal Experience with CRM tools Assets Salesforce proficiency Post-secondary education in business, forestry, or a related field Interest in or knowledge of forestry, natural resources, or enterprise software Tech or SaaS sales experience (e.g., SDR background) AI-Enabled Work Environment We're looking for candidates who are comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment and understand how AI can improve productivity, innovation, and client outcomes. You should be able to demonstrate practical experience using AI tools to streamline your work, generate insights, and improve efficiency. Location We are committed to finding the best candidate and are flexible on location. While Remsoft's headquarters are in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with offices in Ottawa, Ontario, Vitória, Brazil, and Adelaide, Australia, we are open to fully remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements for this role. A Little Bit About Us Remsoft is trusted by hundreds of industry leaders across more than 15 countries to solve their most complex planning and supply chain challenges. Our software integrates advanced analytics, AI, and geospatial intelligence to support strategic foresight and operational agility — enabling clients to optimize performance and plan sustainably. Whether managing millions of acres of forest land or improving asset reliability across global supply chains, we help organizations increase efficiency, improve transparency, and deliver long-term value. At Remsoft, we foster a vibrant, collaborative culture that values work-life balance, flexibility, and individual well-being. We're committed to social and environmental sustainability, celebrate team milestones, and offer flexible hours in a supportive, tight-knit environment. Apply To This Job
