A leading consumer products company is hiring a Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager to join their remote team. Our client specializes in digital marketing and influencer collaborations. • Develop and implement strategies for organic social media engagement across multiple platforms.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publication aligned with brand initiatives and product launches.
• Manage relationships with influencers and creators, including partnerships and content collaborations.
• Integrate social media and creator activities into larger marketing campaigns to boost demand.
• Lead and supervise team members responsible for content, seeding, and community engagement.

*Social & Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proven ability in creating and executing social media strategies and managing influencer ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals related to engagement and traffic generation.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Office 365, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL preferred.
