We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Outreach Representative to expand awareness of our programs throughout Northeast Florida and build meaningful partnerships with schools, pediatricians, therapists, healthcare providers, and community organizations. As HavenRise Academy continues to expand its impact throughout Northeast Florida, we are growing our outreach team to meet increasing demand for adolescent mental health services. This newly added position will play a critical role in building community partnerships, increasing awareness of our programs, and helping more families access the care they need. What You’ll Do Build Strategic Community Partnerships Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations. Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities throughout Northeast Florida. Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for referral partners. Conduct regular follow-up visits and outreach activities to strengthen referral relationships. Drive Growth & Admissions Collaborate closely with Admissions and Clinical teams to support census growth and admissions goals. Create and execute territory plans designed to increase referrals and community awareness. Monitor referral trends and outreach effectiveness, providing recommendations to leadership. Facilitate warm introductions between prospective families and the Admissions team. Represent HavenRise in the Community Attend networking events, conferences, health fairs, school functions, and community meetings. Deliver engaging presentations and educational trainings to healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations. Coordinate outreach events, open houses, and professional education opportunities. Serve as a brand ambassador for HavenRise Academy and our mission. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 plus monthly bonus opportunity. Requirements

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 2 year of experience in healthcare outreach, community relations, physician relations, ideally in a behavioral health setting. Existing relationships with pediatricians, school districts, guidance counselors, therapists, hospitals, or community agencies in Florida strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral, admissions, sales, or business development goals. Experience presenting to professional audiences and community groups. Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the Jacksonville and surrounding market.
