About the Team and the Role: We partner with our customers to remove barriers to growth and build long-term loyalty to the eBay marketplace by understanding seller needs, taking ownership, and supporting seller profitability. The Growth Adviser proactively enables marketplace growth by developing long-term relationships with strategic sellers and crafting tailored business plans to help them achieve their goals on eBay. In this role, you will be the main contact for assigned sellers. You will provide proactive support, hold regular monthly performance discussions, and offer ongoing mentorship to help drive seller success. You will also work closely with managers, leads, and cross-functional teams within a specific business vertical to onboard new merchants and support initiatives that contribute to marketplace growth. What You Will Accomplish:

  • Analyze seller performance using internal CRM tools and recommend actions aligned with customer priorities and business goals
  • Build strong relationships with sellers through regular communication, including weekly calls and email engagement
  • Conduct monthly business reviews and health checks to find opportunities for seller growth and improved performance
  • Provide support to high-value sellers across areas including growth strategies, technical issues, billing, shipping programs, and policy-related queries
  • Document seller interactions, goals, and progress accurately using Customer Support (CS) tools
  • Educate sellers on platform updates, new features, and release rollouts to support adoption and business success
  • Collaborate within a specific business vertical to onboard new merchants and contribute to pilot programs that support revenue growth

What You Will Bring:

  • CVC experience or prior commercial experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a positive seller experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and a flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of e-commerce business models and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with willingness to travel as a representative of the eBay brand
