[Remote] Bioinformatics Analyst- Computational Genomics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Bioinformatics Analyst will integrate and analyze complex genomic datasets to advance understanding of disease biology, collaborating with scientific teams to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, annotation, and integration of bulk transcriptomics, single-cell omics, and spatial transcriptomics datasets
• Conduct downstream statistical and computational analyses to support immunology and liver disease research
• Develop, maintain, and document robust and reusable analysis pipelines
• Apply best practices and emerging tools in single-cell and multi-omic data analysis
• Interpret results and clearly communicate findings to scientific and cross-functional teams Skills
• Master's degree with relevant experience in data analysis or a Doctoral degree with early-career experience in a related field
• Hands-on experience with genomic and multi-omic data analysis, including single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing
• Proficiency in Python and or R within Linux-based environments
• Experience with workflow management tools and version control systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics data analysis
• Background in immunology or fibrotic diseases
• Familiarity with liver biology or metabolic-associated liver disease research Benefits
