Job Description:
- Contact consumers all over the United States
- Gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients' products and services by closely following a provided script
- Join a diverse and energetic team driven to collecting detailed opinions and delivering valuable, quality data to clients
Requirements:
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
- Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
- Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
- Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
- Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
- Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
- Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
