About the Opportunity Flexnity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Associate to join our team. As a critical member of our Care Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the support they need. Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Associate at Joblora, your responsibilities will include: Owning key Ops Support initiatives : You will be responsible for driving operational support processes, ensuring that our Care Operations team is equipped to provide exceptional care to our patients. Proactively monitoring and reporting on key operational support processes and metrics : You will be expected to track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize our operations. Supporting a team of documentation analysts : You will provide troubleshooting and monitoring support to our documentation analysts, ensuring that project progress is on track and that any issues are addressed promptly. Completing and monitoring ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations : You will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive continued enrollment and care, working closely with partnered health plans to resolve any enrollment issues. Providing backend support for transitions of care and referrals : You will ensure that our care team receives timely and accurate communication regarding enrollment changes or status updates, facilitating seamless transitions and referrals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment : You should have a proven track record of providing administrative and operational support in a healthcare setting. Confidence to own your role and propose solutions : You should be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, comfortable with taking ownership of your work and proposing innovative solutions to drive improvement. A results-driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators : You should be able to demonstrate a history of achieving exceptional results, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support to patients. Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously : You should be proficient in using technology, including Google Suite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools), with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise.
