Remote Occupational Therapy - IL

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services with a focus on telehealth and onsite therapy. This position involves working one day per week from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., providing a total of 4 contracted hours. The role supports elementary students with a variety of disabilities, delivering essential therapeutic interventions within the school setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students.
• Utilize both telehealth and onsite therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience working with an elementary school caseload.
• Skilled in both telehealth and direct school-based occupational therapy services.
• Ability to manage a variety of disabilities and adapt interventions accordingly.
