Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Effectively communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
- Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
- Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
- Assisting in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
- Managing your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
- Accurately documenting information exchanged during each call
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company
- Outgoing and have excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
- Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.50 per hour to start, with opportunities for advancement to $17.00 upon completion of training, $17.50 at 6-month mark, and $18.00 at 1 year mark
