Transcriptionist (Hebrew) - Internship - (Remote)

Job Summary HireArt is seeking dedicated Transcriptionists to assist a leading generative AI company with audio data annotation and transcription tasks in Hebrew. Your role involves listening to short audio clips, applying precise labels, and transcribing spoken language in line with provided guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio recordings and classify or tag them using project-specific labels.
• Transcribe spoken language from audio clips with high accuracy.
• Follow detailed guidelines for labeling, formatting, and transcription conventions.
• Flag or escalate unclear or poor-quality audio where needed.
• Meet daily or weekly quality and volume targets.

Qualifications

Required

• Native-level speaker of Hebrew, specifically as spoken in Israel.
• Professional-level English skills to communicate effectively with team members and understand instructions.
• Previous experience with transcription work, especially with audio containing background noise, multiple speakers, or accents.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• General knowledge of online communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Strong listening skills, high attention to detail, and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Good written communication skills and grammatical accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Candidates available to work at least 20 hours per week.
