Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Cable/fiber broadband internet required; mobile internet service providers and satellite internet not compatible
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual, a plus
