Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a fast-paced and inclusive team dedicated to building customer loyalty and delivering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, assisting with product questions, order tracking, and problem resolution. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Identify and resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, and products
  • Document interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues when necessary
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality
  • Maintain a consistent part-time schedule, approximately 15–20 hours per week

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
