Job Description

As a French Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and support with their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. You will work closely with our business and private customers, assisting them via phone and email, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer complaints and concerns, and working closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone and email

  • Assist customers with their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with a heavy workload
  • Proficiency in MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
