Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Work Environment
Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. Our training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, and our regular shift is Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
