Join Our Team as a Quality Control Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entry processes. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent computer skills and a passion for quality control, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Reporting directly to the Quality Control Lead/Manager
- Completing Data Entry of all requests
- Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
- Identifying and accurately classifying each request
- Upholding arenaflex's values by following our C.R.A.F.T. principles
- Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand
Requirements:
- 40 wpm typing speed
- High-speed internet quality
- Goal-oriented, focused on ensuring accuracy and speed
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work within time constraints
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality control or data entry role
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations
- Certification in medical records or a related field
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
