Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate extensively across the enterprise to deliver leadership development programs aligned to our most critical business and workforce development needs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of leadership programs across both in-person and virtual learning environments.
  • Partner with operational excellence lead to maintain consistent program management standards, processes and tools.
  • Manage the product and service life cycle, generating and defining new leadership development product ideas.
  • Support development of visions and strategies to execute and measure enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 8 years with a Master’s degree; 6 years with a Ph.D.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams in the development of large, complex leadership development programs.
  • Strong strategic thinker and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional background in Talent Development, Learning Solutions, Leadership Development.
  • Learning and development experience, including instructional design and e-learning.
