Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. You'll work closely with our process servers teams to provide accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with process servers teams to ensure accurate documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office to perform data entry tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems

Schedule:
