As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. - Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes.
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open.
What We're Looking For:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work.
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus).
- Advanced English level.
