What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar industry
- Residency within one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
