Data Analyst
Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)
Salary: $50,000 - $68,000 per year
Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our business intelligence and reporting functions. This role involves working with large datasets, building reports, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. A background check and credit screening are required due to access to sensitive business and client data.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings
- Support leadership with data-driven decision making across departments
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree in a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
