MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Power Platform Software Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
  • May require interaction with customers, vendors, and external development partners.
  • Participates in large system and subsystem planning.
  • Research and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
  • Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
  • Provides technical leadership to lower-level developers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
  • 5+ years of relevant professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse integration
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling, Creation, and Administration of Dataverse databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Department of the Air Force customers
  • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies
  • Experience with DataBricks
  • Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools and techniques
  • Experience with Python programming language
  • Experience working in an Agile team

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
