The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned ADHD Executive Function Coach to join our team of contractors. This is a 1099 role designed for an expert who can help clients develop structures, executive functioning strategies, and self-awareness to thrive in high-pressure roles. If you are passionate about transforming the way neurodiverse professionals work, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Conduct 1:1 Coaching: Provide personalized 1:1 sessions (remote) to

professionals, entrepreneurs, or executives with ADHD.

• Develop Strategies: Guide clients in building ADHD-friendly systems for

time management, prioritization, project execution, and reducing overwhelm.

• Improve Executive Function: Help clients manage executive functioning

deficits (planning, organization, emotional regulation) in a workplace context.

• Create Accountability: Foster a supportive environment that builds

sustainable routines and self-efficacy.

• Document Progress: Maintain concise, secure, and professional notes on

client progress and session goals. What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in coaching, specifically with

children and adults with ADHD, or a background in behavioral health/coaching.

• Certification: ICF accreditation (ACC, PCC, MCC) or certification from a

recognized ADHD coaching program (e.g., PAAC, ACO, ADDCA) preferred. Clinical license of LMFT or LPCC also is highly advantageous.

• Approach: A strengths-based, neuro-affirming coaching philosophy.
• Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills; ability to build trust and empathy.
• Independence: Strong capability to manage your own workload and

scheduling as an independent contractor.

• Technology: Proficiency with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom) and

scheduling systems.
