Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. You'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate information to customers
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for customer interactions
  • Assist with other customer support tasks and projects as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints
  • Basic knowledge of relevant tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, live chat platforms)
  • Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
