Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-person, resolving customer queries and concerns, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and concerns, including addressing issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine and resolve complex customer issues
- Work as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or in-person
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient business writing skills
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
- Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual abilities a plus
