Randstad is supporting a global financial firm who is looking for an innovative Instructional Designer & Developer to spearhead their end-to-end learning initiatives. In this role, you won't just build courses—you will actively partner with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to solve real organizational challenges. From conducting deep-dive needs analyses to architecting modern, blended digital experiences, your work will directly drive employee performance and support major change initiatives. Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

  • Design training programs using the ADDIE framework.
  • Create learning solutions for ILT/VILT, eLearning, and blended/asynchronous experiences.
  • Develop course materials (storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids).
  • Build interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Needs Analysis & Learning Strategy

  • Conduct needs analyses and partner with SMEs to define learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Determine instructional methods and delivery strategies based on audience and business needs.
  • Align learning interventions with organizational goals and change initiatives.

Program Development & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end learning projects: scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Develop prototypes, iterate designs, and ensure readiness for implementation.
  • Coordinate learning deployment and support audience adoption.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Design evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
  • Analyze learner feedback, assessment data, and outcomes to recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance training processes, tools, and technologies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to co-create solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, continuous improvement-oriented environment.
