- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop leadership skills through our proprietary Leadership Academy and hands-on 1-on-1 training
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
