Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract in a remote work environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing and managing utility-related customer queries, performing data input, account reconciliation, and responding to inquiries while meeting performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

* Input and manage customer account data related to utility services

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through account reconciliation
  • Support external and internal customer service requests
  • Meet performance benchmarks and KPI metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with team members and participate in occasional onsite meetings
  • Support utility-related documentation and reports

Must-Have Qualifications

* 1-3 years of customer care (CC) and data entry experience

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a performance-tracked environment (KPI-driven)

Soft Skills

* Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough

  • Collaborative and able to communicate across teams
  • Proactive and organized with a commitment to continuous improvement
