Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic finance and accounting solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal partners to identify business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Improving financial processes, planning methodologies, and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Acting as a liaison between financial planning and application development to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conducting analyses and modeling to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Continuously enhancing and innovating existing processes to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting and technology experience, with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial tools
  • Strong knowledge of OneStream, SQL, and Power BI, with experience in these tools preferred
  • U.S. work authorization required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with cloud-based financial systems and applications
  • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Certification in finance or accounting, such as CPA or CMA
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Employment Type and Compensation
