Coordinate daily schedules of sales activities and service personnel. Collaborate with Technical Marketing to propose and execute trials of new materials and optimize application concepts. Support customer refractory installation and application troubleshooting. Travel within the designated territory and represent RHI Magnesita at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably involving steel production or refractories. Strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
