HRIS Specialist
We're seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to lead the administration and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and a seamless employee experience across core HR platforms. This is a *FULL-TIME, remote* opportunity (USA based). *You must have 5+ years of Ceridian Dayforce experience to be considered.* There is no application deadline for this role. *HRIS Specialist Responsibilities:*
- Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce platform, including configuration and ongoing maintenance of HR, payroll, benefits, and time modules
- Manage and enhance integrations across HR systems to ensure secure, accurate data flow and system performance
- Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy, compliance, and overall system health
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation of system processes
*HRIS Specialist **Qualifications:*
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with strong expertise in Ceridian Dayforce
- Deep knowledge of core HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and time tracking
- Experience supporting additional HR tools (e.g., compensation, engagement, or performance platforms)
- Advanced reporting and dashboarding capabilities for leadership-level insights
- Solid understanding of employment laws, data governance, and compliance best practices
