Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm welcome

• Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer's viewpoint
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to arenaflex's grooming standards
• Make consistent products within arenaflex's guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

What We're Looking For

* A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers

• A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude
• You must be at least 16 years of age
• You must pass a Criminal Background check

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
