Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL), and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.). You will be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating with them via email, phone, fax, and other means to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for managing small parcel shipments, creating BOLs, and communicating with carriers and drivers as needed.

Responsibilities

* Manage orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL), and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.).

• Manage small parcel shipments (<50 lbs), domestic and international; orders and samples; hazardous and nonhazardous. Includes prepping, packaging, arranging shipping, documentation, communication with involved persons.
• Create BOLs.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, fax, etc.
• Communicate with carriers and drivers as needed.
• Communicate with Production personnel and Management.
• Label printing for orders and shipments.
• Data entry required.
• Create and edit various documents in Word.
• Create and edit spreadsheets in Excel.

Qualifications

* Bilingual is a plus! (English/Spanish)

• Organized and detailed
• Competent in Word and Excel
• DOT Hazardous Materials certified (will provide training)
• Multi-modal (IATA) certified (will provide training)
• CVI registered (will provide training)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
