Job Title: EPIC Techno-Functional Consultant (MyChart) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EPIC Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in MyChart. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set across functional configuration and technical development, enabling them to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions within the EPIC ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain EPIC MyChart modules based on business requirements
- Perform system analysis, design, and implement configuration changes
- Develop and customize solutions within EPIC as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MyChart functionality and integrations
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Ensure compliance with EPIC standards and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for MyChart workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with EPIC MyChart module
- Techno-functional expertise with hands-on configuration and development experience
- Knowledge of EPIC tools, workflows, and integration mechanisms
- Experience in debugging, testing, and system enhancements
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPIC certification in MyChart or related modules
- Experience with healthcare systems and patient engagement platforms
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations
