Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
