Job Summary
As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support customers with their billing, account, and technical issues, providing solutions and resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment.
Requirements
* Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or work-from-home environment.
- Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm; familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
- Have high-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have ethernet connections).
- Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment.
- Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Be courteous and friendly, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be able to commit to 100% attendance for five weeks of paid training.
- Pass a criminal background check.

* Previous experience in a contact center or work-from-home environment.
- Strong knowledge of billing and technical support principles.

- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
